Dr. Reza Zandieh
Dr. Reza Zandieh has practiced chiropractic medicine for over 19 years. After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Human Biology from the University of Maryland and his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from the National College of Chiropractic Medicine, he began his career as a practicing physician in Washington, DC. His care has focused on a multi-modality approach to body work that combines manual adjustment techniques and modern day technologies including electric stimulation and ultrasound radiation. Dr. Zandieh's goal remains to recreate and maintain a patient's pain free lifestyle by using non-invasive, holistic modalities to educate patients on how to maintain a healthy living environment within daily life.

Sandra Whittingham
Sandra Whittingham has practiced massage therapy for over 25 years. She received her national board certification from the Baltimore School of Massage. Sandra also receive her yoga teacher training certification from the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Central California. As a wellness practitioner, Sandra is experienced in both advanced Therapeutic Thai Massage and herbal medicine. Her practice is centered around therapeutic stretching, Thai massage, reflexology, prenatal massage, and therapeutic Swedish massage. Sandra remains focused on creating an approach to wellness focused on healing the body through assisted stretching, massage, and preventative care techniques.
